Joseph A. Coupet, av. (1924-2007) is a former military officer, pilot, diplomat, attorney-at-law, founder of MRHE (Mouvement Revolutionnaire Haitien en Exil), retired schoolteacher and professor, as well as a leading local supporter and advocate of public policy causes. He is also the father of Pierre Coupet – the founder of the Global Human Evolution Initiative and many other related initiatives. His teachings had a tremendous amount of influence on Pierre Coupet’s decision to founding the virtual organization management discipline, becoming the world’s leading advocate for virtual organization leadership; developing the concept of principled geopolitical leadership, political evolution; and finally embarking on the Road to Human Evolution 2-22-2222.
