He is the author of numerous publications on Virtual Organization Management, virtual organization leadership, political evolution, and human evolution; and is the founder of the modern “principled leadership” and “principled geopolitical leadership” concepts as articulated in a series of papers on principled leadership and the groundbreaking document: A Global Need for Principled Geopolitical Leaders.
He is also the founder of The New Virtual Organization World Consortium, a global, multigenerational initiative designed to bring together leading futurists, innovators, collaborators and other stakeholders worldwide in order to work on standards for the acceleration and explosion of virtual organizations worldwide and help bring about this world of virtual organizations: The New Virtual Organization World:: the stepping stone to HUMAN EVOLUTION.
